In April 2019, we retained Sandeep Taneja to close a real estate transaction. Initially Sandeep discussed one price over the phone and assured us that there will not be any additional costs. However, at the time of the settlement of charges, he presented additional unanticipated charges. I understand that costs for disbursements et. al. are standard when dealing with a lawyer, but there was a lack of clear communication from his. I found this to be unprofessional. I will not be using Sandeep's services in the future.
