This Hospital service was extraordinary. The staff were courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. McRae is an amazing brilliant Plastic Surgeon. He is professional, patient, knowlegable, confident, caring & thorough. Kelly, Dr. McRae's administrative assistant is fabulous, kind and eager to help. The information package addresses everything you need. My surgery was a complete success and I so happy with the results. My quality of life is so much better, less neck, shoulder and back pain. I wished I had this surgery years ago. There was never any problem traveling to Hamilton and it was all worth it. Thank you.
