My first service was an assessment and a thorough list of foods that would benefit me most, as well as what to avoid based on my Dosha (elements based) and my specific imbalance. I felt well eating what dr sanam advised, and she gave me a complimentary Ayurvedic way of cooking cooking class. This past week mY second treatment was marma therapy, it’s an energy treatment on marma points that are not the same as meridians, it was excellent! It really made a difference to my body, mind, and felt so refreshing. I highly recommend this practitioner (she is highly intelligent aand very nice!)
