Honest review here.The staff (security/bar/coat), music, and drinks are great.They’re doing something different with the latin nights, which are by far my favourite.What would elevate their experience to 5 stars would be to invest in a different air circulation and air conditioning system.In the summers I’m always leaving this place drenched in sweat, and everyone else there looks on the edge of heat stroke with me.I was a bit surprised when we visited during the winter to have the same issue persist.If they could find a way to have more fresh air, and properly maintain a steady temperature - it’d be a 10/10 experience.

Bar tender (male) will ask security to kick you out if you didn’t add tip.. and same happened with us right now.. we ordered drinks thrice without adding any tip.. he called security to take us out… Never ever gonna visit hide + seek. Bar tender said that he told us before no tip means no stay.

My friend purchased bottle service on the condition that we would be given a proper table. The staff and security refused to let us move to a proper booth or table, despite spending a combined $600 on drinks. Completely unacceptable customer service. We will not be back.

The bouncer yelled at me and my girlfriend for trying to step out and have a cigarette. When we tried to ask him how we could get back in he screamed in our faces and fold us we were wasted. We didn’t get back in. Before that I saw him doing coke in the stairwell. Will never be going back. They should be shut down

WORST CLUB ever. The staff is extremely disrespectful to women, especially to women of color. Avoid them at all costs especially if you are a woman. They were super empty on a Saturday night and now, I understand why. I would suggest that you rather stay at home than go to this bar. Absolutely pathetic bouncers.

Terrible VIP service. Bad communication with host from beginning to end. Bottle girl (plural, listed off many names of people who should be taking care of us) were nowhere to be found despite encouraging us to increase our tip above the required 20%, before we got our bottle.Quicker service at one of the many other side bars.
