Great Canadian Oil Change

Pulled into Tim Hortons and steering felt funny. Went and talked to Travis at the Great Canadian oil Change. He walked over in the cold because they were busy. Found the problem with a blown power steering line. Ordered me the cheapest one in town. Put it on outside in the freezing cold and only charged me 40 dollars for the labour. These guys at these shops need to swamped all the time. Talked about the slow down and how tough things were. And he still never overcharged me. I will tell all my friends and thank you God Bless.

I always go to this Great Canadian Oil Change place because they have amazing customer service and such polite employees. However, I’m leaving this review today because yesterday I had gone in for an oil change and mentioned that the last oil change place I went to told me I had multiple things I had to do for my car asap, specifically a transmission oil change which is a bit pricier. I mentioned it to the employee that was helping me (I believe his name was Reed) and he told me that it was not necessary to do just yet unless I wanted to and that it would be better for me to come back after a couple thousand more km before getting it done due to it being a bit pricier and making sure I get full use of what the car already had. That kind of honesty was really really appreciated because most places try to up-sell for more money but he was looking out for his customer which to me is the most assuring customer service I have ever gotten being a young female with not a lot of knowledge on car mechanics. Nothing I love more than people helping people, I definitely recommend the Great Canadian oil change for those who’s cars are due :)

The day before the long weekend I was having truck issues and needed a oil change I went in an hour before closing time and told them I was coming with the truck but I might be close to 8 o’clock because of an over fuelling issue causing it to stall he assured me that he would do my oil change if I made it there within 15 minutes before or after eight. I made it there at 8:05 and he was in his car I asked him if we could do the oil change he said no I said I would pay them $100 cash on top of the price of the oil change and he yelled back at me “I wanna go home!” and put his car in drive and drove off. Worst customer service ever! And a terrible attitude.

These guys are absolutely amazing they just reopened after covid break here and I called them cause I had to go to jiffy lube cause they were closed and I noticed a pool of oil under my vehicle in the morning. So I called them up here at great Canadian and they took me in no problem changed my filter topped up my oil and said don’t worry about it we’ll see you at your next oil change! Absolutely amazing service guys this is just one of the great experiences I’ve had with great Canadian 10/10 great prices and amazing helpful staff! Keep up the great work guys your customers appreciate you!

Great facility. Complimentary ice cream with an oil change in the summer months. Ross, Gary and all the boys know their stuff and provide excellent knowledge and service. Highly recommend!

Fastest oil change I've ever had, likely because they didn't seem to check much else (compared to Mr. Lube experiences). Very friendly, highly recommended for an oil change in Lloydminster!

Great group. Do work effective and quick. Oil changes, diff fluids, lights etc. Prices absolutely reasonable. Good work team!! They can communicate effectively. They treat you with respect.
