BC Instant Lawns and Landscapes

I ordered sod a day before pickup in Delta. Service and sod quality was great. After a week of installation the grass looks amazing.

Great success with BC Instant Lawns. James and his partner were punctual, polite and efficient. They did an outstanding job and the price cannot be beat. We love our new lawn. We will have this company back to do more landscaping in the future and recommend this company to anybody needing a new lawn or lawn maintenance.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Mishka (apologize in advance for wrong spelling). He was kind enough to deliver and carry the sod directly to our backyard (all 11 rolls). I offered a hand but he insisted he’d handle it. Amazing service. Would call again for any of my sod needs. Great quality. I may have ordered a bit too much for our area but that’s ok.5/5

Very happy working with John at Instant Lawns! I had a very small area to convert to grass, I though that a small amount would be a inconvenience as I live in Victoria. But they were very helpful and delivered it in less than a week after ordering. I installed it myself, but the guys who delivered it were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

We had our lawn redone this week. Wilson and his crew worked hard and fast to remove all the old weedy lawn, add new healthy soil and lay the sod. We were very pleased with the look and feel of the lawn at the end of the day, and got great tips for how to take care of the lawn to keep it looking great. See the before and after below!

We ordered sod for two properties. One is completely dead and the other one about one-third dead within weeks of install. We followed exact care instructions but sod was poor quality . BC Instant Lawns would not respond to our concern. Look for a supplier that offers customer service. This is my lawn 3 weeks after sod was laid. Regarding bc instant lawn reply - complaint was made in November and we waited until January for a response which never came.

Thank you, I had a really positive experience with your company. Online ordering was easy and you showed up the next day with exactly what I ordered. The sod and soil are very good quality; much better than what I bought at Home Depot last year. Wilson arrived during the one hour delivery window of time which I appreciated so I wasn't stuck at home waiting all day. Wilson repositioned his truck so that I didn't have to walk very far with the soil and sod. He went above and beyond with helping me and answered my questions about how I was going to install the soil myself .He was also very friendly and approachable - my young son was helping me and Wilson asked him questions that made my son feel included. He and my son discovered they shared a common interest in watching basketball. I definitely recommend this company!

Great experience with BC Instant Lawns & Landscapes.. John was professional & prompt. Couldn't be happier with the communication & customer service. He was also able to accommodate our decision to install an irrigation system by referring us to an excellent company and postponing our sod install just one day. His installers did a great job on our small front lawn. Would definitely recommend BC Instant Lawns & Landscapes.

Amazing service. Crystal was extremely helpful coordinating the work with me. Then the staff (Wilson, Fabian, and James) that came to install the lawn were professional, on time, very friendly and very skilled. I have used their services twice and would highly recommend them
