Hidden gem in the heart of downtown! We got the mul-naengmyeon, sweet and spicy chicken, and seolleongtang. Starting with the mul-naengmyeon, this was probably one of the best if not the best I’ve had in Calgary! The portions were extremely generous and the all the elements (i.e egg, meat, cucumbers, radish, mustard, vinegar) were great! The fried chicken was also really juicy, the batter was crispy, and the sweet and spicy sauce was sticky and savoury! If I had one criticism, I think the seolleongtan could’ve had better depth of flavour. The soup comes out a bit bland and even though they provide pepper and salt, i was left wanting more flavour. I saw many other tables ordering spicy hot pot soups such as buddaejjigae so I’ll have to try that next time! Our meal came with three side dishes (garlic sprouts, kimchi, and kimchi radish). The fried chicken also came with regular radishes as well. Overall, I would come back and can’t wait to try more of their dishes! This spot is also owned by a nice Korean family, so got to support local :)

Fantastic food!!!! Wow. Everything had that next level flavour and taste. I don’t know what they are doing but I loved the food. Rich, bold flavours and prices are reasonable. Small place with friendly staff!!

Tiny, incredibly clean Korean restaurant with delicious food. Atmosphere is like a cafe in Seoul... It's a remarkable escape from Calgary and one of the neatest recent additions to an exploding Korean scene here. The banchan are fantastic and bottomless.

While this place is not really set up for large parties you can certainly pop in and get yourself something to eat if you'd like to stay. It appears 99% of the people take it to go. their Korean chicken is fabulous the hot sweet sauce that they put on there is delicious. Even the half order was a generous portion. we also got the bulgogi that too was incredibly fantastic and the rice they serve is purple rice Definitely we'll be going back in ordering from them again and again.

We just randomly found itWhile we rode our bikes around and started to crave korean food. WeSaw the reviews and tried out some ofDishes and to our surprise the hype was real. The seafood pancake was tasty and we ordered the army stew forFun. Portions were good and the food was tasty I recommend people try this hidden gem. It’s definitely one of the top 10 korean restaurant in Calgary and it’s pretty clean too.

My new favourite Korean restaurant. Second time here, immediately fail in love with the pork bone soup, fried chicken (tried both sweet spicy and soy garlic), and cold noodle. Food is delicious, size is generous vs price and the owner lady is super nice. Note: I took a piece out of pork bone soup before taking the picture…

Hands down the best Korean food I've ever tried. Awesome dishes. The service cannot be better. Place is small but super cute and clean. Modern peaceful. Totally recommend this place

Went for a work day lunch with a friend. Tiny dining space but otherwise very cozy, orderly and clean. Food was served fast, hot and fresh. Definitely worth revisiting!!!!Edit: ordered dinner. The sweet & spicy fried chicken is a MUST TRY!!! It's so good. Omg. My guilty pleasure.

Been wanting to try this place bc raving reviews, and it sure didnt disappoint!!Food was delicious and freshly made, we loved everything that we ordered.Hats off to the best KFC!! Outside was crispy, but inside juicy. My god, i can eat this every day.Service was great, they gave recommendations for my little one that cant eat too spicy, and offer3d to separate sauce from KFC so we can dip the chicken in the sauce.Will be back to try other items on the menu
