Even though I called the Lloydminster phone number they transferred me to a Texas central office. This location in Texas could NOT answer my questions. Poor service

Discovered an issue with our hitch set up while traveling from Edmonton and called to see if they would be able to help. The guy working was extremely pleasant on the phone, met us at our car when we arrived and spent a good 5 minutes ensuring the chains were high enough and the electrical wiring was attached properly and wouldn't come apart like it did earlier for us. The best experience we have had with uhaul by far! 10/10 would recommend.
