Ordered Park 14 for my toddler. Arrived super quickly and looks like excellent quality!!!

I was interested in one of these bikes, but they were out of stock. When I emailed about interest, I received a very prompt reply on when they expected more stock, and that they had a customer return they could sell after reviewing it themselves. They were up front about a couple of nicks in the paint and offered the bike with a discount.Communication was prompt and the bike was shipped within hours of payment. They were great to work with and the bike has been awesome. My daughter loves her Pink Park 20 and the quality was awesome. Definitely the best bike for the money I could find out there. Very happy with our purchase and would gladly purchase from them again.
