Jump LA Indoor Trampoline Park

My credit card was charged 2x for one purchase I made online for Glo-Glo night. $52.50….was charged 2x. Showed proof of this, screen shots of my credit card statement, yet still waiting for them to fix the issue.I’ll have to file a dispute with my credit card company. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!!I’m not sure how much more proof they need, that they charged me twice?! They said they’re waiting for statements from their bank, because they only see one transaction???The transactions are POSTED to my account (not even still pending). I gave them a chance to fix the issue but they’re still dragging their feet, a week later!!!

Wish I read the Party reviews first. Poorly organized. Poorly run. Made everything stressful. You overpay for a picnic table. Would have been better off booking a group of jumpers instead of a party. You are rushed in and out. If you stop to eat the pizza you lose out on time but regardless of how much jumping a parent might do, they still have to pay $30 (2hrs of jumping ) and buy socks because the party only includes the 10 kids for jumping. You don’t get anything to yourself except a picnic table divided by a chain from the area that wouldn’t cost anything. It’s not even a deal. The park is the only thing that is good. Don’t book a party.I think they are oblivious to the fact that when the service is horrible and no common sense is used that every kid there is a potential future party. I can say for certain, none of the 9 guest children we had at our party will be having their party here. My wife who is pretty easy going was livid at this service. I was running errands and dropped off some chips for the party, shortly after my wife texted me that we would never have a party here again. Then she had to take the chips back to her vehicle because snacks aren’t allowed but the cake and cupcakes as well as Dominos is all good. There is zero good reviews for this place in regards to a party, that is a clear pattern. Do better!Just looking at the responses they give to other bad reviews is cringe worthy. We only had one incident where I got in a direct argument with one of the employees and that was only because I had come in near the end (as the person who booked the party) checked in and when she asked me to sign a waiver I said ok “I’ll be right back” and went to drop off the gift I was holding while they were delaying me further. The kids were waving at me and waiting. The employee would not let me go to the table and drop the gift off without signing a waiver. The party was wrapping up, jumping was over, and that’s the fight she chose. This place blew my mind for horrible rude people.

I waited over 20 mins to check my child in for a birthday party. When we got to the front, the cashier asked if I'd be staying, when I said yes but not jumping, the cashier said it will be $28.50. I reiterated I wasn't jumping and therefore should have to pay the $2 park user fee. The cashier looked scared to answer my inquiry and said that's what she was told. I asked to speak to the manager/owner. She walked over and blamed the parents stating they overbooked their party. As a result the park was at capacity and therefore I needed to pay the party rate" to watch my child. Which I'm pretty sure is mandatory based on height. The party rate was higher than the 3 hour jumping rate. At that point my child would only have 30 mins to jump.Regardless of if the party was overbooked or not I find it extremely crooked to make an exception to exceed capacity by forcing parents to either pay the higher rate or not allow their child to attend the party.If the owner was transparent when made aware of the circumstances of this party

My kids love it here and always ask to go back. Its clean, i really like that if we go in the mornings its not too packed for our toddlers. Its even fun for adults and leaves you tired afterwards. I only wish we could bring our own grippy socks.

Won't be back. Check in process needs to be adjusted. Not going to create an extra email just to sign a waiver. Then the front desk lady charged for 3 extra adults prior to completing waivers and after we told her we wernt going in she said well I charged you for it and we don't do refunds. No manual waiver available either. So I watched my kids from a fence because my husband used our email to get in first. We will not be back and will not be recommending

I love going to this place with my baby, and most of the staff here are very nice. But, there is one lady who is very rude, last time for my husband and I only she charged us 54 dollars for one hour when on the website it clearly says 15 dollars for big jumper, and she charged for the baby who should have gotten it for free, next time I got a monthly pass for myself but one of the staff wrote my 10 month old baby’s name instead, next time I went there the same rude lady she charged for the baby again for 2 hours, how can a baby who has just started walking jump for 2 hours? Because of her I am so annoyed and do not want to go back to Jump LA again. Getting the monthly pass was worthless, I recommended lots of my friends to go there but now I don’t want to recommend anymore. I hope this thing gets looked at and dealt with so I can give you guys a 5 star review instead and come back againeditedAfter I wrote the this review the owner of jump la was very quick to response andTalk to the staff. I went to the place again with my family today and we were greeted with the same staff and this time around she was very nice and helpful that’s why my husband purchased a monthly pass as well so we both can bring our baby there everyday. Thanks for correctly the issue and I have made it back to 5 stars. I hope she continuously be nice with the jumpers. This is a very fun place in Lethbridge and I recommend all the parents to bring their kids here to have so much fun.

Was not impressed with the service. Went to drop my child off for a birthday party and waited over 20 minutes in line. There was only one staff member checking customers in while another stood by watching and another to escort customers in. There were many unhappy customers in line. I wouldn't recommend having birthday at this location, and if you do, plan to arrive half an hour ahead of time so you don't miss the party.

We brought children to Jump LA. The children were excited to jump when we paid for the hour, but when we were about to walk through the gate, one of the children started to cry because they felt too overwhelmed looking around at the volume of people. We were told there was a no refund policy and no credit policy. We did not take off our shoes. We did not even walk through the entrance gate. We usually jump on weekday afternoons, but after this experience, we will not be going again.

The building has a terrible odour (sewage?) and the parking lot was a skating rink it was so icy. The staff (short haired gal in particular) was quite rude. Especially to children. I understand you have rules but barking at little kids is unnecessary.Just an update after your response.I took no issue with having to take the drinks out of the building. I saw the sign posted after I walked in with them. Rules are rules. I get it. My issue is that you were aggressive and short tempered with my child. Instead of approaching me, the responsible adult, you ordered her “to get those drinks out of the building!”I had no problem removing them, I was even kind to you and said I would take them out immediately. I was just waiting for my daughter to be able to pay so she could secure her jump spot (which by the time we got back inside was sold out) I needed her to help me cross your dangerously icy and poorly maintained parking lot with 6 drinks in tow. In true jump LA fashion you have deflected yet another complaint of poor customer service. Learn how to deal with people, or don’t have a job in the service industry. Admitting you treated someone poorly and apologizing goes a long way.

We came with our two young kids while visiting family and while the kids had a ton a fun, there are a few things they could do better. We were stopped by staff since our toddler was jumping in an area that's age restricted even though no one else was using it - which is totally fine however having better signage to avoid the area may be beneficial. The dodgeball area was a ton of fun but with so many kids using it at the same time, having a few more balls available would be an inexpensive fix. The only reason I can't provide more stars is due to the pricing. 34$ for only one single hour for myself and a 17-month old toddler took me by surprise since he's so young he obviously can't jump alone which requires me to pay. There's even a charge for parents who just want to supervise and not jump... While we're fortunate enough to afford this, one mother was heard saying she couldn't join her child since it was too expensive. If you're charging these prices maybe increase the time. We likely will not return next time. Staff however were friendly and did a great job walking around to ensure everyone's safety. With so many kids attending, the owners should really look into getting their lot cleaned up. The ice build up in the lot is excessive and dangerous for parents carrying children.
