They did an incredible job with my windshield replacement. When I picked up the vehicle, everything was wiped down, vacuumed the floors and the seats for me, and when I caught him in the parking lot, he advised me that I might want to think about new wipers in the next few weeks. The women up front we're kind and courteous, and took care of everything for me right on the spot.A great team. Will gladly return

All I can say is this, From the moment I walked in I was extended every courtesy available, my issue was so small and yet it was treated with the upmost of importance. I asked for advice about glass 101's and I was provided with sound options and left the store informed and satisfied beyond expectation. Thanks again.

I've worked with Summerland Glass on a few projects - but this one was especially good!They quoted me a really competitive price - so I decided to go with them, but then when they did the work & realized it was simpler than they had quoted - so they gave me a break on the final pricing. Very pleased with products, workmanship & pricing. I love dealing with honest trustworthy people.

Great service. Needed plexi glass to get my hair salon up and running again after COVID-19 shutdown. I phoned in the afternoon, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly, picked it up the very next day.So grateful you could help me get back to business as usual! Thanks!

Went in the other day to get glass cut for a small trailer window. I had the glass with me so it could easily be measured and a new window cut, no installation needed. Both of the receptionists said they were too busy and that I'd have to wait 4 days to get it done. Didn't give any options and didn't even ask what I needed. They were rude and smirked as I was denied service.Took my glass to Precision Auto Glass, was told they were too busy but as soon as they saw what I needed they took me in the back and cut a new window. It took them 5 minutes and I paid cash.Don't complain about how hard it is to run a business in Summerland if you're not willing to do business. The way they treated me will stop me from ever coming back and I live a block away. You lost business, you lost a customer. I'll make the drive out to Penticton from now on.At least the place is clean.

Multiple repeat visits for a windshield. Lack of workmanship, damage to my vehicle and constantly getting it back not fixed, more dirty then it was and not cleaning the water stains from the headliner due to an insufficient sealing has been a nightmare.

Summerland Glass did an amazing job replacing the windshield in my work truck. I've used them many times throughout the years for automotive and deck railing glass. Great people, great service!!
