Ren's Pets Milton

I came in to Rens for dog food at the end of Nov. I told the associate my dog is allergic to chicken, beef and salmon. I asked for a white fish diet as per vets request. My dogs allergies got worse to the point where she was chewing her paw pads off. I returned half bag, which the associate weighed to make sure there was 11lbs in the bag, but then refused the return because I was past the 30 day return point. Too much red tape with this policy - clearly the food affected my pup as per attached photo. The associate handing this concern was the same associate who sold me a product with the salmon oil. PSA - make sure you double check ingredients before walking out after speaking with the associates. The associate declined the return. I will be speaking with the manufacturer as well to address these concerns.

The staff are very knowledgeable, and if you are on their account, they will be able to help you see what you purchased 8n the past. I picked up dog food for my sister and was unsure what they normally get him but staff pulled it up and made sure it was the same food!

Let me start by saying we have shopping at Ren's since the original store .Went into Milton location to pick up dog treats,my wife called ahead to see if they price matched. Lady on the said yes.Went in to buy the treats and was refused price match.This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Good bye Ren's you just lost another customer, will be shopping at local at Muttlife.I did email you guys ,right after your replyFunny how you( Owners of Ren's )Don't bother replying to the email that you requested.MILTON residents do you sellf a favourDon't support Ren's go anywhere but.

Great store - ALWAYS have great staff. First time I brought our puppy (active 11 month old) and they are always obviously great with the dogs!I wish I remembered to get her name, but one staff spent a good 10 min with me getting out harnesses and putting them on while I held my girl and tried to settle her. I cant tell you how much that is appreciated. It may sound standard, but I know first hand how IMPOSSIBLE it is right now to hire CARING staff.Great selection, decent prices, they all know where every single item is (when you got it last time and it moved!).....and just a good experience.

Super nice staff, beautiful store. Very bright and easy to locate various items. Everything was in stock that I needed. Lots of variety.

Love Ren's Pets! They have a huge selection of everything you might need and then some that maybe you didn't need! Staff are great, friendly and helpful and the return policy is the best I have seen
