If you return something higher than 2000$ internationally with the original invoice, make sure that FEDEX uses the right code. My box was stuck in transit for a whole because their workers lacked knowledge.

The people working there were SO friendly and helpful; a gentleman named Pierre and his female colleague went way out of their way and beyond the call of duty to help me retrieve a difficult order that I had made a mistake on.Really good people.

Well I got the package, eventually. I called and said when i was home, but alas they came when they wanted so I had to drive there for it. The people behind the counter were nice at least.

Really bad service this time round.It took me 40 mins to get my package shipped. I only had one tool case to ship. There were only 3 persons ahead of me. The customer service person was slow and the process definitely needs modification.I have been to this site before and was impressed.Very disappointed this time round.

Fedex is all mixed up. God forbid that you miss that 5 min window they deliver to your home and for some reason absolutely NEED a signature for an item.. on a friday. Then your item will be delivered on monday and if you call (someone in India picks up) and try for them to redeliver in the course of the day or go pick it up from ship center later on goos luck! a whole chaotic situation will ensue. Your item will be in another ship center they will lie to you and so on.

Really bad service, my package was supposed to be delivered today. The driver never come to my home and said I was not at home, but unfortunately for him I have security camera to prove it. I called the client service, but they told me they cannot help me…..

They Left me a note saying that if i wanted my package today i needed to go get it at the distribution center after 18:00The thing is that I got there and the center was closing at 18:00So made the way for nothing
