I've been taking private classes with Jenna and Delsean during my pregnancy, and I couldn't be happier! I'm located in Germany, and it has never been an issue. They always adapted exercises to my growing body and my reducing stamina, finding the right balance between challenging me while respecting my level of energy. I am sure this helped me go through the labor in a better shape than I could have hoped. I'm planning to visit Toronto and will definitely go take a class, so many inclusive and joyful movement options!

LOVE this place! I've done 5 classes now and joining as a monthly member. It's the perfect place for people who get frustrated in other class environments (I was always annoyed at other places when the modifications were still too difficult!) At BoPo Fitness, you never feel like you can't participate! Many classes begin with a short mantra about appreciating our bodies, the classes are FUN, inclusive, and by the end I am a happy and sweaty! I am feeling stronger already, and I look forward to logging on each class. If I was feeling crummy at the start of class, I feel so much better at the end. So grateful I found this wonderful space! Highly recommend giving it a try.

I have been taking online virtual classes with Body Positive Fitness since March 2022. Great variety of classes, which all offer lots of options and modifications. Very inclusive and positive. I started with taking a few classes, now I’ve got a monthly membership and find I take classes 5 days a week… yoga, boxing, stretch and mobility, core and cardio… you can go at your own pace, great instructors. Body positive fitness has made exercise attainable for me and has really made it easy to work movement into my day. Highly recommend… if you are on the fence… give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful, inclusive place to move your body! The instructors are great at providing options within classes so everyone from beginners to long-time fitness enthusiasts will have a great workout. Shout out to Kizzy and the in-person Lift classes in Toronto! If you're looking to get back to in-person workouts, I highly recommend training with her in these small group classes.
