If you live in and around Calgary and you need any service to your BBQ, Brian Rolheiser (The Barbecue Guy) is one hell of an amazing professional. Highly recommend! He provided a fantastic client experience and without hesitation, I will use his services again.

Very disappointed in Brian. Had him out 3 years ago and he did a great job cleaning up our BBQ. Contacted him again and he was almost impossible to get a hold off. His phone went to voice mail continually and several times came up as full, so you could not leave a message. Will not respond to emails at all? Had a date and time scheduled, he did not show even though I sent him our address by email. Gave him a 2nd chance and would not return our emails or phone calls. This is not the way to keep your clients. Now looking for someone else.

Brian is the BEST!! He was able to book me in , arrived when he said he would and diagnosed and fixed the problem super quick. His rate is fair and I would reccommend him to everyone for their BBQ needs!!!

Absolutely useless. I called him last year (it took 5 or 6 calls before he actually responded), he came to look at the barbeque, we agreed that he would come again the following weekend to do the repair and he never showed up and never called back. I called him more than 10 times, but he never bothered to respond. This year, I called him again, left him a message, explaining that I got all the parts and it would be great if he came to replace them and there is no response again. Do not bother wasting your time with the barbecue guy, he will not fix your barbecue!
