Went shopping for winter boots for my daughter. Staff were busy looking at videos on a phone and didn't acknowledge we were there. Had to go see them to ask for a certain size, then received unfriendly service.

My daughter and I are very happy with our new winter boots! I ordered them online and they arrived quickly, but when we tried them on, they felt a little too tight. I wear 8.5 and bought size 9, my daughter wears 2.5 and got her size 3 but we felt we needed more room for our feet. So I decided to return them and order one size up. They just arrived and they are very comfortable and warm! I'd recommend to buy one size bigger because they are very fluffy inside.

The cashier was very rude and had no professional etiquette. On top of that not one staff member approached me to offer me help. I purchased a pair of winter boots that said they were waterproof and would keep my feet warm up to temperatures of -20 degrees. One of the boots must have a manufacture malfunction as my foot gets soaked with even the smallest amount of water or snow. I couldn't find any holes in the boot. My feet froze all winter in those boots even with winter socks. Needless to say that I will never purchase boots from there again.

The worst shopping experience in last 10 years. The previous comment was right, “The cashier was very rude and had no professional etiquette. ” I bought two pairs of sneakers for my daughter required by school. I went to the store and wanted to return one pair of the sneakers 4 days after and the cashier told me she can not do return because they have been worn outside, which is ridiculous as my daughter only tried them on in the store. When I ask the number of the manager, she refused. Then I ask the number of the store, she literally said “you can google it!” what a “hilarious” customer service!

Good service. The attendant at the store was nice and patient with me and kids. she measures my kid's shoe size and we got the right size shoes. good job to her.

Terrible costume service. Saturday July 20th we went to the store and had the worst experience ever. The lady working there was rude, didn't offer to help us at all We were there for 3 pairs of shoes for our 3 kids. I asked for multiple sizes and she would she would just say sorry don't have any" without even checking or offering to find a shoe with our proper sizes. When we went to pay she basically threw the change at my husband who kindly put his hand towards her to get the change from her. Ws ended up returning the shoes moments later because she failed to tell us that the sale only covered 2 pairs of shoes ... and she ignored us for about 10 minutes talking to a friend at the counter. I will never bring my money back to this location

The store is very easy to access. The man that helped me was attentive and very helpful. My French is terrible and he was very patient with me and they had my size and my husband's as well.Very pleased with the service and our new winter boots.

Worse customer service and no inventory. While i was there 5 customer requested a certain size and each time they were told don't have" with no sorry
