Today there was multiple cars stuck on a white out/closed highway and the driver of this company’s vehicle did not hesitate to help everyone out who was stuck in the ditch/middle of the road. I don’t know much about the company itself but I know that they have class act staff. Thankful for people like you!

I ordered 2 cases of the same wine about a year ago. The first case was great. As I got into the second case every other bottle I opened was corked. if it had just been one bottle I would have counted it as a fluke. But 2/4 with 8 bottles to go seemed like cause for action. I contacted Lifford and waited a week without receiving a response. I had to contact them again. When I finally did get a response I was told that essentially I had to purchase another case of this wine and I would get 12 bottles for the price of ten. I said I thought I should get 2 bottles for free to replace the bad ones and that I would have to see what the rest of the case was like. I sent that off asking for their thoughts. I received no response. Quite apart from the unsatisfactory solution"" I was offered...the more dismissive element of the whole thing was the absolute lack of customer care. When I ordered the wine initally Adrienne was the one I dealt with they were great. Now they have left and whoever has taken over...meh....not so great at all. I'd get much better service and frankly just as decent wine at the lcbo and plan to do so from now on.UPDATE- after seeing this review lifford contacted me and made huge efforts to make everything right. This goes a long way for me. So I've upped the original 2 star review to a 4 star"

Very hard to order from. Can't get a rep to return phone calls or emails to make an order.
