What a great experience buying an E-bike!! Mike is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Location provides a great opportunity for a test ride up Peterson hill to get a feel for what the bike is all about! Mike was busy between customers and building and repairing bikes but took the time with us to make sure we had what we needed on the day of purchase and then again on the day of pick up!! Grandpa Mike and the other gentleman (sorry forgot his name), were also helpful. Recommend anyone who is wanting an E-bike this is the store!! Thanks again Trish and Vaughan!!

Great selection of high quality bikes and knowledgeable staff. Mike and Don know their products. I am thrilled with the 2 electric mountain bikes I purchased and the service and advice I continue to receive. Great store. Great staff. I would rate them with more than 5 stars if it were possible.

Extremely grateful for the whole team at Kamloops E ride helping to navigate us through purchasing our first e-bike. They listen carefully to your needs and have multiple options for bikes and gear in store. Kevin helped us pick a bike out with lots of tips and knowledge you only have by truly spending time on the bike. The test ride and super helpful team really stood out when making an investment. The whole team went beyond my expectations to make sure that our bike had exactly what we needed.

Best experience ever!! Recommend to everyone who has an e-bike or plans to buy one!If you are searching for an ebike give these guys a try! Not only they are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met, but they’ll do everything they can to give you the best!Personally, I own an ebike and the other store in town was so sketchy and irresponsible, but thanks to this store I now feel confident!

After our ride yesterday, stopped by to see Mike at Kamloops E Ride to get my rear wheel trued up. Mike found that had a broken spoke... well 5 of them actually.A huge shoutout to Mike and those involved for the exceptional service, as I picked up my bike this afternoon all repaired and ready to go.
