My boss bought a vehicle from Daniel a few months ago. I saw something I liked on the lot and drove up, did a test drive and bought it the next day. Thank you Daniel and team for making the purchase easy, fast and for getting the truck ready so quick.

It was a pleasure to have my Challenger from them. They make every step sooo much smooth. I literally owned the vehicle within an hour, I mean they got my loan approved and signed all my paper work within an hour. Veronica, Derek and their finance guy Brad was delight to meet and their service was top of the line I would say. I recommend 10 on 10 if you want to buy a car from them.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership thanks to Daniel, Chad and Brad. My husband and I were browsing for a new truck, we stumbled upon this dealership online and even though it was quite a drive to get there it was 100% worth the time. This dealership was extremely professional and all the staff here are very welcoming. We had the pleasure of working with Daniel, who patiently took the time (all day!) to find us the perfect truck for our family. After Brad took over to handle the final phase for the sale of the truck, he was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful especially when it came to which warranty, etc. was right for us. I live in Guelph and I specifically drove to Orangeville to deal with Marina. I wasn’t necessarily going to buy a vehicle when I went in but I sure left with a signed sales contract that I felt really good about. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with! Extremely organized and beyond!! Her attention to detail is unmatched. Marina truly understands the full customer experience. Her use of different communication mediums to keep me updated through the process was amazing. My favourite were the video messages and was something I had never experienced before. Very creative and effective! The contact was not annoying in any way and I never felt forgotten during the much longer than normal process (4 months) caused solely by COVID supply chain backlog, plus the technical options I chose that required chips. It was well worth the wait! Marina has exceptional knowledge of the industry and brand. Gary the Sales Manager and Brad in Finance rounded out my perfect experience. I had a trade-in on my transaction and Gary made it so easy and stress free! The finance part with Brad was also great! There were no heavy pressure selling tactics for aftermarket coverage but the package I did get will be perfect for my needs. The dealership felt like a step back in time to a true family experience. I didn’t feel like a number and I never felt rushed. The drive from Guelph is great but the end result is a welcoming dealership I will repeat and recommend business to. I bought a 2015 Nissan and was in 24 hours of taking possession the transmission went on. Orangeville Chrysler stepped up to the plate told the vehicle. Have the transmission replaced. I dealt with Derek Clee, who kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. They gave me a rental car to use until my car was fixed. And there are no extra charges to me. I will deal with this dealership again and again. Outstanding service.

I had been experiencing issues with my Jeep Trailhawk and had previously been to other Chrysler/Jeep dealerships and felt like I was being treated like cattle and no one wanted to explain anything to me about the repair required or possible issues. I was about to cross Chrysler/Jeep products off my list of future purchases until I called Orangeville and spoke with Chris Taylor. He took some time to explain things to me and made me feel like a valued customer. He serviced the vehicle as he said he would and also took care of a couple of other issues. 5 STAR SERVICE. Veronica, Mike and Jade all took such good care of me when I had to find a new car after my accident. Everyone on the team I met was so nice, Veronica was really on the ball with showing me absolutely everything available and answering all my questions.
