I am not one to usually write reviews but this was the most bizarre and unprofessional encounter I've had with an insurance company. I took out a tenancy insurance policy with Westland and was told it was active and everything was good, nothing else was needed. When I went to then renew my policy and to change the address of the tenancy insurance I was told that none of my premiums were ever received. When asked why no one had simply contacted me to let me know and ask for payments they said it fell through the cracks" and were now requesting me to back pay on a policy that clearly never existed in the first place (despite them saying they wouldn't cancel a policy without notifying me). When I asked them to provide proof that the policy was active (given that they had never received a single premium from me and I don't know of any insurance company that would pay out on a policy they weren't receiving premiums for) I got no response from the company. Have used Westland for insurance for years - always knowledgeable, accurate, very diligent in optimizing insurance coverage. Jasnoor made my last experience great.

She is professional, timely, and has a wealth of experience in her field.I found cheaper quotes elsewhere, but I prefer to have peace of mind knowing I have the right coverage for my needs.

I had a fantastic experience talking to the agent, Peggy from Westland Insurance on purchasing travel insurance. She has all the information I enquire about plus more. I would highly recommend her as she has a wealth of knowledge about the product/plan.
