If you told me three months ago that when I moved here that I would be doing 80% off my grocery shopping at Wally World I would have laughed in your face. But it’s true. Best place for a full selection of groceries in Port. That’s not saying much though

There is never a knowledgeable staff member in electronics. I spoke with a manager about it over a year ago to which the reply was we're short staffed." Again over a year later and they haven't bothered to staff the area of the store that has the biggest ticket items. Staffing in general is bad

Standard Walmart. Typically there are only a few cashier line open so most people tend to use the 10 self checkouts.Store was clean and all product were available. It should be noted that during the summer vacation season that products are sometime not available due to the demand of tourists in the area but are quickly restocked.

Very happy with the customer service desk. I couldn't find my receipt for a bbq I bought fairly recently and it went on sale afterwards. The manager went out of his way to find the purchase in their system and refunded me the difference in price. Thank you so much!

Thank God for your store and its incredible selection. You blow the socks off Hanover and Owen Sound.Size aside, their managers should visit your store for examples of how a well stocked and variety considerate store is run.Your service team are incredible as well. Another area where the aforementioned stores could take MANY pointers from. Keep up the great work !

Just moved here in Port Elgin and this is our favourite place to shop.Great costumer service and kudos who work there.My mom and i shop there both of need assistance for groceries they help us to the vehicle.

Brutal, walmart has tons of employees yet for an hour noone can answer the phone in any department! Might as well go all self checkout and save walmart money!

For the first time ever, I had a rude employee. Usually they’re wonderful. Sometimes you can tell it’s been a trying day, but they’re still able to take a breath and be polite. Friday afternoon April 1, 2022, about 2pm I was shopping and I went to get bacon. My shopping list is on my phone so I paused to tick it off and review what’s next. As I was doing this, an older man said behind me,”Are you going to move so I can get to the bacon?” in a VERY loud and snotty voice. I turned around and it was an employee. People all around stopped and looked. Uncalled for and unprofessional. I need to find his name and shift and avoid him.
