Fine Custom Cleaners

I did not go there... the service over the phone was horrendous. Too bad, I was hoping to go there, it's on my way to work. I guess I will be taking my clothes somewhere else.

Been here a few times. The lady working there is nice, however not transparent. I was getting a few things dry cleaned including my wife's dress. When I came back to pick it up, it had been updated to long fancy dress" and the price for these services were a LOT MORE then i anticipated. She had changed the category after I dropped it off

Good quality alterations at a reasonable price. Very reasonable turn-around time.

Julia is fantastic. Patient and flexible. She does great work too. I go to her for all my dry cleaning and alterations needs.

We have used Angela’s dry cleaning services for several years. She is excellent. Many pieces of clothing have been saved by her stain removing expertise! Good luck to her in this world of work from home. She deserves your business.

Not transparent in pricing at all plus poor attitude. I wanted to loosen up a dress for my mom. The owner kept on saying drop it off and she will see how much it costs when I pick it up. I insist on knowing the exact price before she starts to work on it. She finally said a number, $50. I doubt checked again, she meant $50 for one alteration. If the dress doesn’t fit me after one alteration, she will charge me $50 AGAIN. Isn’t her job to make sure it fits after the initial measurement?!Don’t get me started on the attitude. She was rude and impatient when she spoke to me and my mom. I didn’t know why I even entertained the conversation. In the end, I decided not to proceed with the alteration due to lack of transparency on final pricing. She acted angry and teared the piece of receipt into pieces. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Had a brand new pair of pants hemmed at this location. Unfortunately, I did not try the pants on after I picked them up (late Friday night) and only relized the following Monday when I tried them on that they were almost 2 too short. We're not talking a little two short
