I was fitted for a mattress purchased it within a month realized it was uncomfortable, too firm, I purchased additional foam, but that did not help. I went back and the sales person talked into a different more expensive mattress, after a few weeks I noticed the mattress is not comfortable, I called and they told me to give it more time, after a couple of month I noticed the mattress sinks in the middle. I don’t get good sleep, constantly tossing and turning. I don’t think I will ever purchase a mattress from sleep country

I bought two mattresses from this store. The second mattress started to sag after only two weeks. The customer service phone line was horrible. I almost gave up and decided to never go to Sleep Country again. The sales team at the store and the district manager(Cole I think was his name) really went above and beyond to make things right. I will now be a loyal customer at this store for all my sleeping needs. Great job Sleep Country at Country Hills. Very nice to see such impressive customer service from all team members.

Went in to purchase a softer mattress than the one we had. Robert Larose walked us through different technologies and was very patient in answering our questions, and listening to our concerns. We purchased an Adapt Teal Temper pedic. Delivery was on time as promised and seamless. We would highly recommend this location. Thanks for the all round excellent customer service.

Was initially hesitant to buy from a mattress store as I was expecting a very pushy sales man. Not at all, the gentlemen who helped me out was very knowledge and helpful. He did not push me to buy anything but offered great options and information to help me make my purchase. More importantly, he wasn’t hovering around me the whole time while making my decision. He also was able to get me a discount from their Edmonton warehouse. Very pleased with my experience ! Would recommend this place to get a mattress if you’re looking for a new one.

Despite having had to visit the store multiple times we were welcomed and helped with no pressure or rushed to make the purchase/decision on the products. Great product knowledge and recommendations. The sales representative went above and beyond to secure a good price for our new mattress and pillows that we of course ended up buying and loving our good night sleep!

Went in for a small purchase (a pillow) and were greeted a few minutes after we started browsing. It was very busy and only two sales associates were on the floor. Rob L. came back to ask what we were browsing for and suggested recommendations as well as the chance to try the pillow we were interested in. He was juggling multiple customers but his customer service was still great, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks for all your help! :)

This review is not for country hills branch it is for sleep country . I bought complete bed set from country hills store and they were brilliant in assisting me and when i received the bed it was diff colour bed base and diff colour bed back . I called customer service people and they offerd me $150 gift card which i denied because i paid a huge amount for bed . Also i told them my preferred date of exchange because i had adoctors appintment they agreed to it but i received a call day before that we are coming for excahbge i requested in afternoon and that guy agreed for the same ... i never received any call till late evening and it was marjed unservicable i called again and got delivered for later date and i was told there is a charge for re delivery and but after requesting again and again that was waved off .. i had to shift to my aunts place because of the wrong bed given and faced hige inconvinience and discomfort for my new born baby ... i wont recomend sleep country to anyone they are such a thankless and rude people people should go somewhere else worst customer service.

The good service ended the minute I'd paid and walked out the door. The delivery drivers were beyond rude, they were pushy, demanding, and disrespectful. The store's phones don't work so you have to call the 888 number to speak to anyone, and they then direct you back to the store, who they had to email to have contact me because my emails have gone unanswered. The sales rep assured me they have a hassle free" exchange
