Be very careful. Had estimate approved prior to repairing customer machine. Performed work and then they went back on work and will not pay invoice.

If there was a -100 I would give it.The adjuster put us through absolute hell all while our home had been completely destroyed by a natural disaster. Incorrect info, unempathetic, , egotistical fool. Steer well clear.

Unprofessional and down right rude. Zero empathy given from one particular adjustor, I won’t name whom it is but I am going to be dumping my current insurance provider that use this company as a result.

As a first timer needing to use insurance. My adjuster was helpful and returned calls. I was worried going into it. But feel a bit more at ease now that things are moving along.
