Good pricing on tires , fast and precise service

Zero kindness. Zero helping mind. I was in EMERGENCY my fuel door was stuck and i didnt have any gas and i asked for help they said they need a appointment saying the mechanics are busy whereas NAPA auto centre in barrydowne was kind enough go help me out during their busy day and help me open my fuel tank door, it took barely 5 mins and saved me.If i could give zero stars i would have given.

Had my parts on hand and ready to install. Friendly staff

Typical Canadian tire.

Wouldn't give $20 deposit for battery I purchased here. Battery had canadian tire sticker on it still. But they assured me they'd take it for free. Guess I'm out $20

So far I've had nothing but great experiences and excellent recommendations from the service center. Seems like they have good staff and knowledgeable and hold a high regard for customer service. I've only had two interactions with this center but they have been great.Edit1: after I interaction with the service manager, 10/10. Commends a sense of respect that builds my confidence in the rest of the staff.

We booked our car in for an oil change, tire change, and to look at the brakes, which were making a grinding noise. Dropped the car off for an 8 AM appointment. No communication from them - we called five times before getting ahold of someone around 4pm. Were told that our car was ready for pickup and went to pick it up only to find out that the only service they had performed was the oil change. They did not change the tires. They did not look at our brakes. So we paid $100 and waited 8 hours for an oil change, and now we still have to get our tires changed and our brakes fixed elsewhere.Never again.

I bought a brand new battery Nov.29th only to find out battery was completely dead . How do I know that ? Well I got my car towed to my garage . They tested battery dead ! They charged it overnight and then tested wiring , alternator , starter , everything. Battery was the problem . I then picked up my car and called this office . He said “ sure bring it in we will swap it out for a new fully charged one “ long story short , because it showed charged they would not swap for new one . Told me to go to other building to customer service only for a kid to come out and say we can’t help you for Aron at auto shop said it was the wiring ! No garage receipt states dead battery period . I got a defunct battery want it replaced period
