Absolutely shocking ! I cannot believe that they would return my car back to me in this condition. I could have done better in my shed with a hammer and a screwdriver. Trained Technicians ? Whos training them ? Frank Spencer ! To like new condition ? what a joke. Avoid at all costs. Yes I'm going back and yes they may try to do it properly but its more time without a car, hire car has reached its limit ($1500). How can you let it leave the shop like this ? Pictures are only a few of the issues I have. If Adam Bourgeois is reading this please get in touch and take a look at what is leaving your shop. One star is one to much but it won't let me put it at zero.Update, had my car for two more weeks. Told me it was all good. Unbelievable, after pointing out to them all the issues I had they tried to give it me back with most of them still remaining. My 7 year old son pointed out that the trunk was messed up as he put it but their trained technicians thought was ok. The quarter panel is miles out, which again they said was ok, then they tried to say they didn`t touch it and it must of left Mercedes benz factory that way. They scratched/damaged other panels and then to top it off lied to my insurance advisor telling her that I had said something that I never said. Keep promising to put it right, to quote 'even if you have to bring it back 10 times we will get it right' ! Its not going back im done its going to another shop where they know how to fix it properly. Truly shocking experience. Avoid at all costs.

I have Nissan rouge , got accident , I choose location to fix car with insurance company for Local business. It’s took more than 5 months, to fix car with small repairs remaining .Other four months gone , in this period went this location more than four time , my car dash board show two sign , front not fixed properly.
