Pete was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very thorough in his inspection. Took the extra time to go above and beyond and made sure to check everything for us. He showed up early just to be sure to be able to see things in the daytime so we wouldn't miss anything and didn't rush us through the process. We will definitely be using his services again in the future!

We hired Peter for our home inspection, Not only did he arrive early, he spent over 3 hrs at our place going through every detail.Great attention to detail, very pleasant to talk to, very patient and friendly. it is good to see people that take pride in their work and are passionate about it.He offers thermal imaging and provided us with drone pictures. he also offers remote inspection in case the owner can’t be present (covid friendly)He treated the place with respect and provided a detailed report and pictures for his finding.He was very knowledgeable and his report also highlighted regular maintenance which is great for first time home owners.Thanks for your service Peter

My first interaction with Pete was when we were selling our own property and the buyers hired him to complete an inspection of our property. He completed such a thorough inspection that he even turned the electricity off in my office causing me to lose my work!
