Had to keys out of my locked car, called pro tow and they arrived in about an hour. Opened the car, had a reasonable price, and were on time as the dispatcher told me. Service tech was good guy also. All in all, good experience and if i need a tow or???? I would use them again without hesitation

Broke down, unable to move while towing a trailer. Quick response, 2 trucks, competent and experienced drivers handled the traffic situation as well as my immediate needs.. While en route to the tow yard, they networked to find a local mechanic to handle my issues and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Small town folks, taking care of people, grateful for the work. What could be a better experience? 5 star review.

Excellent!! Was stranded on Crystal waters road about a month ago and when Mike ( name?) came by with the flat deck we quickly loaded it up. Mike was professional, courteous and a person you could have a conversation with. Thinking it was going to be a relatively huge bill getting towed to Vernon it was actually reasonable. Definitely will be my first call when needed again. Recommended.

Can't say I have had better service anywhere else, the guy who came out to help went above and beyond. I am so grateful for him. He was amazing. Thank you. And considering the time, and the type of tow. He really was awesome. Definitely my go to towing company from now on (I mean I don't necessarily want to have to call again though lol) will reccomend to anyone!

I would like to thank the after hours tow truck driver that rescued myself and four children off the highway just past Atlantis Waterslides. My van blew a hose and we were stranded on the side of the very busy highway. Not only did he spend time trying to diagnose the problem, but he stayed with us until the cab came to get us and made sure we got to Vernon safely. Our van was towed to Canadian Tire and he made sure they had all the details of the breakdown. He was sympathetic, caring, and really went above and beyond in making sure the children and I stayed safe. Thank you!

It's weird to see a towing company with such high reviews, but I agree. Reasonably priced, and he spent the time to make sure my SeaCan was loaded with precision and dropped off within 6 inches of my requested location. An overall great experience.(had them deliver a 20' seacan 40kms from Vernon)

I got into an accident at around 3am, when I called the lady who answered was friendly and professional, and a truck even arrived within 30 minutes which I was thrilled about. The crew was experienced, and made sure I was okay. Afterwards they were very flexible with giving me access to my car to retrieve some Items out of it. I will highly recommend these guys to anyone I know. Thanks for the great service!
