Took in a map to get framed. Didn't hear back after a month, so I called and asked if it was ready. Was told that it would be ready next week. Waited another few weeks, still didn't hear back. Called again, and was told It'll be done next week for sure." So I waited another two weeks and just went in. The map hadn't even been touched in the more than 2.5 months that I waited. Completely ignored my business. Took my map back and then took it to Shutterbee Photography and they had it framed in 30 minutes
