They left the hose clamps uncovered and ends flopping around. I cut my hand open using the brush. Poor maintenance decision. Should’ve used protectors as now my hand cut open and slight swelling.

No lines and great value compared to other timed car washes in the area. Most times it's always open, even in the really cold months and I really appreciate that too.
