I went in on a Saturday morning to have a watch battery installed. Unfortunately, they had run out of the battery I needed. They told me that if I went to Shoppers to buy the battery, they'd install it for me free of charge - which I did. Great customer service!

Having my custom ring made was easy & fun. Jesse really listens & not only captured the design perfectly but the essence of the fit & finish on my finger makes my new ring feel like a part of me. Only a real craftsman can achieve that! Thanks also to everyone at the shop who made us feel so welcome.

Got my mother a Family ring here for xmas. Jesse did a beautiful job with it and listening to what I wanted. It turned out georgeous and I'm sure my mother will love it. My only complaint would be the cost... Looking at other jewelers for a similar rings, the cost was extremely lower for pretty much the same quality. I don't understand why the cost was $300-$400 more then other jewelers. I feel like I got ripped off.

Jesse did a fabulous job!He melted down my late mother's engagement and wedding rings, and added two stones. Creating one beautiful custom engagement ring.My fiancée loves it. Everyone loves it. We will be going back to have matching wedding bands created.
