There shouldnt even be a rating!!!! This place left my aunt in the Hospital and was left on life support. Nearly DEAD, thank the Lord she's pulled through. barely hanging on... because a worker left her outside in the cold IN A WHEELCHAIR. KNOWING SHE HAD NO JACKET ON!! ... Some one please tell me why they are still open in supposedly still in business?" !! I'm raging!!"

This is a very sad excuse for a healthcare facility. Very dirty. Residents are left wandering the halls and and yard soiled clothes. Most residents are in need of help with day to day tasks but are left to sacrifice with what they can manage on there own.

The place is a scam they take all your money if you miss a meal you don’t get to eat and the administrator Shelley yells and screams at us residence and even tried to hold my wife against her will and stole her cell phone and told me that I would never speak to her again. Further to that Shelley had someone attack me with a metal pipe leaving me with a broken hip

I had a relative reside there, doing so well under the care of a former administrator , after she left his quality of care decreased they brought a former person back who has no heart for the people and a percentage have died by over dose , by lack of care and by being ignored to fend for themselves that place should be shut down .. infested with head lice and bedbugs its discusting

Why is this place still open? Between the obviously mentally disturbed and aggressive people they let openly wander the street, the repetitive infractions of health and safety codes and the fact that I can't walk past here without being harassed for handouts, this place has got to go. How has nobody done anything about this?

This place should be closed down. Its filthy, and the staff are very rude. They charge a lot of money for rent from these people who some of them have no idea whats going on. Food is so below healthy.

Residents are terribly neglected here. A friend of mine lived here and I went to visit. Bed bugs were crawling all over their room and were completely visible mid day. A man who was incapable of speaking was walking down the hallway nude and wearing only a diaper, slobbering and groaning.My friend was a low-income senior and did not belong in this place. I would visit them to try to lift their spirits and encourage them. In one visit there was a woman who was having a seizure in the backyard. No staff came to help and I had to call an ambulance. This lady was being robbed by other tenants during this episode. The paramedics took this lady and she survived that day but died just a few days later while back at this residence.The staff were unusually cruel to the residents here. There was no love or compassion. Nobody should ever have to live here. I had to give one star for a rating but in fact this place should be shut down and owners charged for their lack of care and their clear neglect and abuse of residents in this place.They are taking in over $1000 per resident and feed them terribly. Shut this place down!!!
