Being a brand new person to the beauty industry, I had so many nerves. Michelle calmed them all and I left with confidence to do eyebrows. That confidence hasn’t gone away in the weeks since my course! Her teaching is thorough and kind, she makes sure you understand, and is a pro at her craft. Highly recommend !

My Mother and I went into Aurora for a wig fitting since she’s just starting Chemo and will be losing her hair shortly. The guy who does the wig fitting was aggressive, rude, condescending and ignorant. He was obnoxiously pushy and wanted us to buy one in stock trying to sell her on colours and cuts she didn’t like. It was absolutely awful. My Mother is already having a hard time even coming to terms with needing a wig at all and that experience was the worst “customer service” experience we have ever had period. He changed me $56.00 for the appointment to measure her head. I called the next day to put a deposit on the wig, 50% non refundable. I asked him for the measurements, so my cousin can also pick one out for her. He laughed at me on the phone, saying “that would be like giving out his special recipe”! I explained I paid for the fitting and would like the measurements. He told me that I paid him for his time and that’s it! Haha so long and short story, if your mother, grandmother or friend has been diagnosed with breast cancer or any other hair loss disease and is in need of a wig for her self confidence during this already overwhelming and heartbreaking time, DO NOT GO TO AURORA BEAUTY, the guys got extreme little man syndrome and is a total loser.

Perfect place to get a hair system. For any other guys out there worried about their hair loss I definitely recommend setting up a consultation with Tony and Michelle. They will talk with you about different options available to you to get your hair back on your head. Having a full head of hair again has given me the confidence I had 20 years ago. I wish I would have done this much sooner.
