We were so fortunate to have found Johanna when we were looking for our house in Calgary. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we were looking for our first property in Canada.In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Johanna was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

At the time of buying, we were newcomers in Canada so we had tons of questions with regards to the process. She was very patient and spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding the process itself and in regards to the available properties and providing tons of info, pros and cons in regards to them. Now, we are thinking in downsizing, which means we need to sell the house and buy something smaller. She is, again, supporting us with the process even when we are not clear if it is the best decision now. Her selfless recommendations and advises are helping us to make the decision.
