Concourse Dental Centre

The two dentists at this office I dealt with find problems that are not there. Almost like they are trained to do this. They completed multiple fillings on my teeth in areas I had no pain during 2 sittings. In my 35 years I have never seen someone file down so much tooth. They leave at the 1 hour mark to attend to the next client mid operations. Now six months later I have pain and sensitivity in these teeth from where they suspected I had a cavity. They are money grabbers and will look for problems that are not there. Would not recommend this dental office to anyone.

I can't speak more highly about Concourse Dental Centre. The staff from the office to the hygienists, assistants to the dentists are highly professional and cater well to a Bay Street clientele. In the 8 years I have been a patient, I have yet to have an appointment run late. The hygienists and dentists always provide a variety of treatment options for complex procedures and all referrals to other specialists have been spot on. Some of the extras they provide are gift cards as a thank you for referrals, a paraffin wax hand dip for longer procedures and I believe they are a completely women run and operated practice.

I found out today that I’ve been a patient here for 10 years!In these 10 years I have had 0 issues. The hygienists are always pleasurable. My dentist is great. And the front office staff are always friendly and helpful.After my appointment today they presented me with small gift.Has your dental office ever given you a gift? It was sweet and thoughtful! ❤️

My hygienist goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional dental cleaning. I am also really impressed with the dentist and the time she takes with her clients. This is a well run operation and a great place to have your teeth cleaned / cavities filled, especially if you fear the dentist's chair!

I’ve been coming here for over 12 years now and have always had a great experience. The staff is always warm and welcoming, the dentists and hygienists are thorough, knowledgeable and are always ready to answer any questions demonstrating a caring and helpful manner. They are great at finding solutions that fit my needs and explain any procedures fully. I feel very lucky to have found this dental centre and will continue to come back here for an exceptional experience!

I have been going to Concourse Dental Centre for around 10 years now. The staff are all women (I think) and they are all amazing! The receptionists are always so friendly and happy in person and on the phone. I find that they really go out of their way to schedule the appointments. I've been seeing Dr. Hollander. She is professional, tries to reduce pain as much as possible, and explains everything to you before she does it. She makes you feel comfortable and safe in her hands. She even discusses different options for you to save you money. I saw Dr Chu once for an emergency procedure and she is also an amazing dentist. The office is always clean and I've never waited more than 5 mins for my appointment. I've also recommended them to 2 close friends and they felt the same way. Very highly recommend!!

I visited Toronto with a temporary crown. The crown broke twice and not only they accommodated me on the same day, but I paid so little to fix the first time and the second was free in consideration of my lack of travel insurence.The clinic is flirty friendly and supportive.

Yesterday, I had my teeth filled by Dr. Holender, and she did an excellent job. But today, someone from Concourse Dental Centre called me. When I mentioned that I was okay but experiencing sensitivity, I asked if they had any suggestions for pain relief. Strangely, the person on the phone burst into laughter, which left me utterly surprised. Why would they find it amusing? I'm in pain, and it's definitely not a matter to be laughed at

Have been a patient for over 10 years and every single visit has been a pleasure! Facility is very clean, prices are reasonable (they charge and do only what's necessary, not constant overselling like some others), all the staff is super pleasant, they must really enjoy working there! And Dr. Hollander is just AMAZING! I've referred people there all of whom were so pleased. THANK YOU GUYS

I get to see Dr. Natalie Chan at the Concourse Dental Centre and only have positive things to say. She takes the time to make sure everything is on track from previous visits and doesn’t push you to get any dental work done that isn’t absolutely necessary. Even though my work benefits cover my visits, I still appreciate the care and precaution that Dr. Chan takes. I never feel uncomfortable when she’s examining/working on my teeth and it’s always a pleasure meeting with her! Dr. Chan makes me excited about going to the dentist and caring about my oral health!The other staff are also super welcoming and organized. I never have to wait long before or after my appointments. Appreciate all the work you all do to make my experience run smoothly!
