The people here are great, owner not so. His lack of knowledge is limited.I asked for a particular type of litter, he said they stopped bringing it in. Low and behold it was on the shelf, right there in front of his face.I thought owning a business does include knowing what you have.It's a bit pricey at all locations. I do not recommend buying specific items there. They may not support them for parts that need to be replaced over time. Like water filters among other things. There excise is they don't want to spend money on things they have to sit on. My solution is, then don't offer it. Plan and simple.

The only place in town where I get my dog food. They offer a breeders discount if ur a registered breeder. They will even order in specialty items as per your request.!! One stop shop for all your pet needs.

This place is amazing, great place for animals. They always give you good deals and always want to help you the best way they can.

Amazing staff, I was greeted by such a beautiful young lady and who helped me around the store and find everything I needed. The pet store was clean and very well maintained! I’m super happy with the service, you will always have my business!!

Olivia gave us such wonderful help picking out and fitting cat harnesses. So knowledgeable and friendly, she's obviously a true animal lover.

Lots of great selection of pet supplies and foods. Prices very reasonable and store easy to get around in, not jam packed with little space to move. Service excellent.

Hello I was at global pets this weekend at the village Mall and we are having a problem with our puppy he stopped eating for 3 days and when I took him to the vet they told me it was his food that he does not like and that he is in good healthThe food that we buy is from global pets we've been dealing with them for years with our cat food and our dog food. So we decided to change his food we went three times there to get something different for him thank God they take the food back that we can't get him to eat. Tonight we decided to go back to try a different formula so when we tried asking questions about different food the girl with the shaved head and glasses was very short and seemed more interested in making a sale and getting us out of there then when I asked her if the squash in the dog food would give him diarrhea she shurged her shoulders and didn't give me an answer and seemed very disinterested. We never had an experience with this before this was the very first time that this actually happened. I guess she was tired of us always coming back but it would have been nice to have somebody with knowledge to help us with this information thank you.

This business is first rate and very helpful for kitty and pet needs and so much more I thank you so much for your service and advice very well done...

worse experience staff was judgemental and rudewasnt greated as staff was behind counter gossiping about the previous customer laughing and mimicking them if they realized the customers are the bread and butter of that business. i will shop at one of the many other pet stores in town never will i return
