Very good experience. Owner answered my call after my wife swerved into to curb to miss a car that entered her lane and blew a tire out. I was at home and she felt her vehicle would need to go in for repairs. When I called the tow owner, he was only a few blocks away and would drive right over. He arrived in under 10 minutes and looked at the vehicle and felt it might only need to have the tire replaced. He put the spare tire on for her and had her test it out to see how it drove. The vehicle drove fine, so he only charged her for putting the spare tire on. His honesty saved her time and inconvenience. My wife drove to the tire shop that she bought her tires at. It was only a block away from where she was. The tire was replaced with her road hazard warranty that we had both forgotten about. All turned out better than we originally feared. It had been some time since we needed to use a tow company. I have used City Wide Towing in the past and had been pleased with their service. Fortunately I remembered them. Five stars for that day when my wife needed help.John McDougall

I used Citywide Towing here in London, Ontario numerous times for my employers fleet vehicles. The service was always excellent, the drivers were always courteous and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their service.

Ian just picked up my car to take to the garage. He arrived half an hour sooner than I expected, gave me a 10-minute heads-up, and was in and out of here in less than 5. He was very friendly and professional (which is not the experience that I've had with other towing companies). Hopefully won't need a tow truck again, but if I do, Ian will be my first call.

Excellent service! My neighbour locked her keys, phone and bag in her car and knocked on my door for help. Took three calls to other locksmiths, then I was finally referred to City Wide. Polite, prompt and very reasonably priced (and they accepted e-transfer as she didn't have cash). Would definitely recommend. Thanks for all your help!

Called and was quite flustered with my situation. A gentleman assured me and arrive within ten minutes of me calling. Was understanding a very calm which helped so much!!!! Will call them again if ever I'm stuck. Take cash when dropped at dealership.
