I tried to pay with a gift card, was told it was broken, my mother said a month before they told her the same thing, so had to pay 60 bucks out of pocket when I had 100 in gift cards. Ordered 3 burgers and a chicken wrap combo. Burger and fries came up, the young lady walks over with a frozen bag if grilled chicken, saying the chicken is frozen and the wrap will take some time so I switched because the other food would have gotten cold. Got the food and the pop machine was broke, had to wait on the server to get it from the drive through after she finished with other customers, when I got the food home, 5 min away the food was cold, making the fries and onion rings uneatable. The burgers were ok heated up not the fries and rings. I will not eat there again.

When we went in, the staff was busy but they handled everything in a professional manner! The food was hot and delicious, the staff friendly. In these hard times, the staff that was on May 5th at 6:30ish was top notch. The cook needs a raise keeping everything straight! They all do. A+

Today I was feeling like to go on a cruise with my family, and I ended up in Kentville. This was the place which we all decided to head to. With no regrets, we went inside. The amazing smell you get as you enter is indescribable. The kindness of the employees is way beyond expectations at a Fast Food restaurant. The freshness and the quality of food is also greatly appreciated. I will 100% come back here the next time I come by Kentville.

I honestly didn't even want to give this place any stars at all, my experience was that horrible. I can't believe you still have this place as a legit establishment. some short lady with bangs yelled at my kid for being too loud" and my food tasted like a shoe. the meat was partially raw and I found a bug in my drink. never coming here again"

Tried to give Harvey's another shot. If an establishment is closed for dine in, put a sign on the door, the window, anywhere really would have worked. Not everyone likes drive thru or even has a vehicle to participate In a drive thru.I would not have even come to this location if they were only doing drive thru. Waste of time.Another let down.

Tables were all dirty and had to ask the staff to clean them. The fries were overcooked and dry and the burgers were absolutely disgusting. The chicken nuggets were dry and impossible to chew for my two grand toddlers. Even the soda was warm and flat and the machine had no ice. It is the first and last time I will ever eat at Harvey's. Never again!

Food is good, but wish they were wearing masks. One visit their dining room was closed and we ordered online and went in to pick it up, but instead had to wait half an hour for our cold food. The employees need training, cashiers aren't friendly at all and the grill person is unsanitary. Unfortunately after 3 chances, we cannot come back to this location even though Harvey's is our favourite.

Got frings and a junior burger. When I got home (less than 5 minutes) fries were cold and over cooked. Burger was stone cold" only the onion rings were warm.Very disappointing."
