If I could give Gateway Carpet zero stars, I would. This has been an absolute awful customer experience. Not only did they not complete the work they were hired to do, they are now avoiding messages and phonecalls to return to actually finish the job they were hired to do. Additionally, they installed the floors poorly, left a mess, and still need to come and finish what they started 2 months ago!!. Do NOT waste your time and money on this company. Moreover, they do not even show up when they say they will, thus wasting and disrespecting our time. This is by far the worst customer experience my family and I have encountered. They are crooks and really should not be in business.
