worst fabutan to work for in the city.Very little to none product and equipment would break down every other week.Wouldn’t recommend clients to tan here.There are so many tanning salons in the city that will be give you a 100% better experience.The owner is a cheapskate and will do whatever to cut corners.Update - glad they are finally closing their doors!So glad customers will have the chance to a better tanning experience!!

Within two days of my last tanning session, this location up and shut down out of nowhere with no explanation, my appointments were cancelled, leaving all the clients, including myself, in the dark.It's clear that this place has lacked efficient management, with ongoing issues still existent even after 5 years from the time of review ie: broken fans in tanning beds, lids staying open/closed.I'm pretty disappointed with my overall fabutan experience and can't believe something so simple has been made so incredibly complicated.

Great experience. My preferred location. Other locations have staff that try and upsell you constantly which makes for an off putting experience. When I come here it's for self care and to have a moment to myself, I don't want it ruined by a salesperson pressuring me to buy something. You don't have to worry about that here!Best location.

Looks amazing since renovation and the new owner is amazing. Can’t wait to start tanning here regularly. Need to check out this location!! And the staff are always super welcoming ! Congrats on the new studio

Prior to COVID-19 I never booked appointments, I just walked in. To be respectful of new protocols during COVID-19 I started making appointments as recommended. I was not made aware of any cancellation costs if I no showed. During COVID-19 this location has not even been busy when I have been there. One other client has been there. Two at most. If I'm being generous. So, I'm angry. One, that I was not made aware of this cancellation fee. Two, because I hardly think my reservation made you turn someone away. I will finish my unlimited month there, and then go to another location. Also fix bed six. The top doesn't stay open. So, while I'm putting my tanning lotion on, I can't see the countdown and see how much time I have left.

Everyone is very nice but they RARELY answer the phone!!! I hate online booking so I usually call and this location is always the one location that never answers the phone, even if I call like 3 times. Other than that, it’s great!!

While everyone is always super nice when I go, it seems nearly impossible to book an appointment here these days. The operating hours are limited and I've been trying to call to book an appointment for the past 24 hours, unable to get through to a person - today, according to their voicemail, they've been with a guest" for over 20 minutes now. I have a small margin of time in my work days in which I can come in to use my minutes and yet

They completely ripped my sister off. It says the first visit is FREE and she was charged $130. She didn’t say anything in the moment because she has social anxiety and was forced to make a purchase. Her tanning session was 18-25 minutes and they set the tan for 7 minutes and by the time she got changed and put the lotion on she got 2 minutes of tan. Absolutely horrible. Made her buy some $70 tanning lotion worth $5 at Walmart. Horrible service, don’t even know how they still get clients.

Went today for a scheduled tanning and they are closed for renovations. Wth?! No phone call to let us know. In fact, their reservations systems sent me a reminder earlier this week. Poor customer service.
