Y'know what, the office is beautiful and very clean. This is how healthcare should be across the board. The staff were very friendly and very informative. A whole body-mind approach with emphasis on getting to the root cause for what you came in to see Dr Tracy Park. She takes the time to really listen to you and makes you feel comfortable and well cared for.

The doctor did not have sufficient knowledge about Botox. When I mentioned that I didn't see any effects despite not having my first Botox injection here, the doctor just made excuses. While Botox worked immediately in other places, it did not work when I had it done here. When I explained this over the phone, they asked me to come back, and when I did, they tried to charge me more money to administer more Botox. I didn't want to pay for Botox that might not even work due to the doctor's lack of ability, so I just left without receiving any further treatment.

I have chronic hives and was hopeful the doctor could help. She was nice enough but I went in several times and was given the same treatment with the same machine. She kept telling me the problem was shellfish and seafood/fish related allergies. I am vegetarian and don't have any products with any seafood in my home (and during covid I wasn't going to any restaurants either). I check labels on all food to avoid accidentally consuming animal products. After several visits my condition did not improve at all, in fact it was getting worse, so I stopped going. I wanted to believe in naturopathy but nothing at this office worked.

Highly recommend Dr. Tracy Park. I Come from Calgary to visit her. I've known her for about 6 years now. Her treatment works every time for me and my family.

Dr Park was brisk and did not take time to ask questions about myself/my health. Rather, she jumped into treatment without explaining same. She recommended IV therapy treatment and left me in a room without staff attention or a way to call staff for assistance. The insertion site was burning with pressure in my arm so I had to ask the other patient in the room to ring a bell near her to call attention. I since had bruising at the site x 2 weeks and a collapsed vein in that site. Would not recommend Dr Park at all. Have since found a naturopath that is attentive, patient, knowledgeable.

Highly recommend! The staff is v friendly and Dr. Park is thorough and knowledgeable. Really impressed with the safety measures they’ve set in place over covid19. It’s very clear they’re prioritizing the health and safety of their patients. I’ve been going to Dr. Park for my autoimmune condition. From day one, she put me on a treatment unlike another natropath who charged me $200 for the initial consultation with zero treatment. What I really like about Dr. Park is that she’s always investigating what might be causing my thyroid issues. She doesn’t just assume and considers various factors that could be impacting my thyroid. Oh and also the clinic is super clean and hygienic!

My two kids have been gotten brain therapy. My first son has autism and youngerson has severe anxiety. When they started to get brain therapy, he was changed a lot. (Improving concentration and low tantrums) School teachers and EAs were surprised for them. This is so amazing. Dr. Park and staffs are so nice and kind.

Dr. Park is a wonderful holistic practitioner. She's helped me & my family cope with various health concerns quickly & successfully. I appreciate her extensive knowledge, kindness & compassion. Her office staff are also helpful & respectful to all patients. This is a great clinic.

I have been coming to H3 for 4 years. Dr. Park is very attentive and has always listened to my concerns. The staff are all kind and very efficient and will do their best to fit you in for an appointment. I am pleased with the services they provide.

My family's been coming to see Dr. Park since 2017 for various reasons. She and her staff are wonderful, kind and caring. She is patient and knowledgeable. Her treatments work and I highly recommend seeing her.
