The lines are long but service is fast once you actually get to the front. They have so many desks but not enough people to man them. Being the only registry in the fort they could probably use a few more people. 2 people is not nearly enough.

I always have a pleasant experience when I come to this location. Lines are usually quick and everyone has always been so nice and great customer service. I took my driver's test for the first time, and my the gentleman was so nice and calm and gave me really good feedback. It was such a pleasure and I passed my exam!!

LONG LINE. Terrible service. Always short staff or they do it on purpose. 5 tills available yet only 2 being staffed. Clearly the owners know they are the only registry and skimp on staff. Faster to drive to sherwood park. Support local, no more. Time is a precious commodity and these guys could careless.

This registry is fine. It is ALWAYS slow, there is ALWAYS a long line, you'd think they would learn to staff appropriately. Once I can eventually talk to a clerk (literally a 45-60 minute wait every time) I can almost always get what I need done. They seem fine for vehicles but hit and miss with business registry items such as corporation annual return.A lot of these 5 star reviews are from their promotion.
