Every time I need something I try to shop local at Napa but they make it very hard. Brake controller for 130$ for a trailer when same controller is 80$ elsewhere! I need a few bits and bolts but they can't accommodate. Sorry Napa I am not going to even try anymore.

Usually has the best prices in Nanaimo. Other parts places pretend to give you a discount depending on who you are or where you work. These guys don't play that game, they treat everyone the same.

Sold me the wrong part, refused to return without box, which was water damaged and in rough shape to start with. I just want the correct part. Very dismissive and rude, no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake. Now I have to wait a week for one to come in from another retailer. Without a vehicle, I have to bus to work. Very disappointed and will recommend my company shifts to Lordco for our fleet parts.

These guys are the best. Very helpful. Mr Lube wanted to charge me 80$ for a part... i drove down the street to napa and it cost only 25$. Ill definitely be coming back.

I've tried buying parts from Napa over the past. They just never had what I needed for my truck. Unreal. I've got an 02 Dodge Cummins 3/4 ton. But today my friend Don found everything he needed for doing bodywork on his scooter. Fiberglass filler and trowels. Paint thinner etc..

In there today, counterman seemed miserable and very off handed really didn't want to help me, needed a simple wheel stud and you only have a a 4 inch x 10 inch box of 3 different studs with all these different cars on the road?? will not return.

These guys are great! Been going to this store for 15+ years. Super knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service, as well as extensive in-house inventory. Ive done alot of different vehicle builds over the years and some which parts were not easy to get. They have always helped me thru and worked hard to help me find what I'm looking for. There has been a time or 2 in which they don't supply what I'm after but they put me on the right track to find what I need, even if it meant dealing with another parts supplier,, now that's customer service! Colin, Jordan, Steve, Brody, Brian and all delivery drivers and parts stockers, you all rock and thank you.

Knowledgeable staff.... best quality parts on the island.... if you want cheap and you want to do the job twice stick to the walmart of automotive and shop at Bakers. If want parts that are going work as well or better than dealership quality at a smaller price tag... please call NAPA. There is reason why shop owners trust the NAPA brand
