Amanda Gangoso - Natural Makeup Artistry and Hairstyling

Amanda was absolutely amazing! She did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I, and we were all very impressed with the outcome. I have eczema and normally find wearing makeup very uncomfortable but this was not the case on my wedding day, which I’m so thankful for. The products Amanda used felt very light and minimal but looked stunning. She was also very fun and personable, and kept the atmosphere calm and cheerful through out the morning.

Amanda was AMAZING, I cannot recommend highly enough. I am very self conscious about having fine / thin hair and she made me look and feel beautiful for my wedding. We had hair and makeup for 5 of us, and several girls said it was the best hair/makeup experience they've ever had. Very chill relaxing atmosphere while keeping everything running on time. Thank you so much for enhancing our day :)

Amanda recently delivered a private makeup lesson for my mom and I. Not only was she willing to travel, but she was so easy to coordinate with and took the time to chat with us beforehand regarding what our goals were for the session. The session itself was absolutely wonderful - she was so knowledgeable and receptive to our goals and comfort levels, and was extraordinarily helpful in teaching us how to work with the shape of our faces and desired outcomes to achieve several different looks. I have a newfound confidence in makeup application and am looking forward to playing around more thanks to Amanda.I cannot recommend a private session with Amanda enough and I only wish I had done this years ago with her!

I was honoured to have Amanda do my hair and makeup for my wedding. I didn't have many specific ideas of what I wanted, but she came up with something even better than I could have imagined! She even incorporated a hair piece that my mom had worn on her wedding. She is super professional, comes with everything she needs (and cleans up fully after), she is great at communicating, and is great at time management. And we had lovely conversations while she was working :) I would highly recommend Amanda for any hair and makeup needs you may have!

Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with and my makeup was stunning! She did mine and my sister's makeup for my wedding and we couldn't be happier. Amanda was amazing in getting me and my 3 bridesmaid ready for my wedding! She travelled to Gabriola to the venue and whipped through all 4 of us perfectly on schedule with no sense of stress or rushing, in a pretty small space to boot! Everyone loved their hair & makeup and we had fun throughout the whole process! Her communication and thoroughness with making sure I had what I wanted was top notch, I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get glammed for an event!

Amanda was so amazing on my wedding day! She brings such beautiful energy and made me look better than I could have ever imagined.
