It Takes A Village Child Care Centre

It is awesome daycare, my kid lives happy four years.

My child has attendee this center since January. We are so impressed by the level of care and love shown everyday by the staff who work there. we highly recommend this center.

There is no way to contact the centre. I called on March 18th to book a tour, but they had a message from March 4th with regards to the storm and whether the centre will be open. It doesn't switch you to the other line, phone just cuts off and hangs up after. What does that say about the centre if one cannot bother to change the phone message and be available for communication? Their website is also posted but does not work and I could not find a facebook page for this center to message them. Sad as it seems like this place has really good reviews, but this kind of sloppiness with communication makes me wonder whether I want my child in the care of these people.

One of the best daycares in the city. The teachers, director and cook take pride in their jobs, and it shows. They are amazing with the children, and the centre is always spotless. The owner is a gem, and the teachers are warm, welcoming and professional. The environment is bright, clean, and fun. We feel cared for, safe, and our little one absolutely loves it here.

The daycare is awesome.. My kids always look forward to going there.. the staff are friendly and awesome too..

We are extremely pleased with how well our child as adjusted to It Takes A Village. We left a previous daycare due to several issues and found It Takes A Village by referral. During our walk through we found the facility to be very clean and well though out both inside and out. We were concerned about how our toddler would adjust but all concerns have been put to rest and we could not be happier with the results. If I had to point anything out it would be that their primary care givers are mother themselves and have plenty of experience in handling children in a loving and caring manner. Lastly, its very multi cultural here and I think thats important in the up-bring of my child in this day in age.

This place is amazing. All educators arehard working and taking care of children .Director is unique, so kind and professional. I heard from the majority of parents who were super satisfied.I would highly recommend this lovely place.

We absolutely love It Takes A Village! (It was a bit rocky in the beginning as our son had extremely separation aniexty!) but is doing extremely well and is always so excited to go, loves his teachers, always talks about his friends. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your child has an amazing experience. Very clean facility, friendly staff, affordable, and healthy snacks and lunch are included! They also cater to any dietary restrictions! (Halal for us) I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to have found It Takes a Village! :D

My son was at this daycare from around 2019 into 2020, and had the BEST care until he went off to primary. Everytime we drive by he points with such glee and waves at the building haha. Recently when I had to find care for my baby at the end of my maternity leave it was a no-brainer to bring her here even if I now live much much farther away. Brendas entire staff give my husband and i absolute peace of mind. My 1year old absolutely LOVES it here. She literarily hugs her teachers when they take her from me you can feel the genuine love and care the team lavishes on these children.

My kids have never been to this daycare, however I have visited years ago when they were remodeling their place. I had no complaints but didn't go with it because of construction. Fast forward now, when ever I come across this place for kids playarea, I almost always see the caregivers not attentive to the little kids. They are just either on their phone or just don't pay attention at all. Fence on the sides are not fixed in the bottom and I just saw a kid sticking out his legs. This is dangerous because the play area is behind the parking lot. Luckily he was pulled out by one of the caregivers who seem to be more attentive than the rest ( she's still on her phone though ). The toddler side, a child is literally sleeping under the sun, the caregivers have no intention of pulling the child to shade. They just ignore all of the kids until one of them screams. As a mother, I would want someone to tell me when my children was neglected and not safe, hence I feel obligated to write this post. Apparently, Lots of complaints were already brought up similar to this to the daycare, but no action was taken. This is about security and safety for the little ones. Parents go to work thinking their kids are in good hands and trust them, but the daycare is failing immensely. The caregivers are irresponsible and the fence is not secure . We shouldn't wait until something horrible happens. I hope they make some changes and enforce strict rules with caregivers.
