We had a great experience with Julio from start to finish. He was extremely thorough, engaging and explained what he saw throughout the process. Our home is on top of a hill and we had concerns about the integrity of the retaining structure that was hidden beneath the covered deck. He not only documented what was visible on the surface but continued until he was able to inspect the hard to access retaining beams and document his findings in great detail.We felt comfortable in finalizing the purchase solely based on the thoroughness of his report. Have gladly recommended his work to family and friends!
