C & J Martin Well Drilling Co Ltd

Had Cecil & Co. from CJ Martins to our home to extend the well casing above ground (well head was 7' below surface) and replace a failed foot valve. Well has been working top notch ever since. Great service, knowledgeable staff, fixed the problem on the first call., 5 star in my books.

They came , drilled 110ft , 60ft pipe in & out in 4 hrs' in a pandemic , thanks guys !

Had to fix a flood after they left and had to Re-fix what They fixed" and we could not get in touch with them. On top of that they left one heck of a mess behind them. Took almost 8 months for the bill to arrive and when it did it was way over the given price. They did not even get our last name correct. Have been trying since we got the bill mid-march to get hold of them again and just an answering service and full mail box at both numbers. I sincerely hope that everyone is healthy but will never use these people again and do not recommend them."

I highly recommend them they are awesome to deal with ,very professional. I called with having to drill a new well and here without water and they came the very next day. They all so have fair pricing . Nice guys .

Pump stopped working I called them and they came same day and had me back up and running by the end of the day. Pricing was very fair.

As much as I'd like to give good reviews, and glad they were prompt with other people, this was not my experience.The first issue was waiting 8 months for my Well to be drilled. I'd booked them in December 2020, before the big construction boom began, and they finally drilled after many nagging emails and calls from me, in August!Thankfully the pump installers were very prompt shortly after.The second issue I had was when paying. Naturally a quote on the cost of a Well is an 'estimate' because no one knows how deep the Well is going to go. Their quote was based on 140 feet at $24/foot. Going deeper adds extra dollars per foot.But they do not get to raise the price they quoted me per foot.... because they took so long to get to my property? Their final invoice was changed to $28/foot.Now, my Well only went down a further 20 feet but with this price hike, at 160 feet and $28/foot well that certainly raised my cost and their quote right?The lady at the office explained to me that a quote on a Well is only ever an estimate. No, you don't get to raise the actual cost per FOOT. Its an estimate because of the difference in DEPTH. How then, would anyone compare any Well drilling companies when collecting quotes in order to choose?Anyway, I refused to pay this higher price per foot and calculated my cost at the original $24/foot that was agreed plus the extra 20 feet they had to drill and we settled thankfully, without too much further ado.So be careful folks, be on the lookout and stick up for yourself when the need arises.
