After a previous vendor fell through, Gift Basket Canada was extraordinarily helpful, delivering 16 baskets across the GTA with short notice. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout, they went above and beyond during what I'm sure is an extremely busy time for them and helped mark a special day for us. Average looking gift baskets which are overpriced. I can probably buy a similar basket at Costco for half the price. One of the baskets that I got is ripping apart at the edges (see pics below). The merchant responded quickly and the baskets were delivered in 2 days.

Good quality gift baskets at very reasonable prices. We got a volume discount (37 gift baskets) and had the gift baskets upgraded, which was a nice touch and gesture by Catherine. We especially loved the hand delivery rather than a shipped box that is processed by the post. Our suppliers and clients had a very positive response. Well done team!

I’ve ordered a beautiful basket filled with all kinds of chocolate for a colleague of mine. The basket arrived exactly as it looked on the website with all of the delicious treats. The only thing I would recommend is to include a higher quality card to write a personal message on. But that would just be the cherry on top.
