Air Canada does not deserve any stars. Unfortunately, their service is so poor that you can't find a match for it, not even in third world countries. They are irresponsible, unprofessional, and worst of all, They are rude. I would never, ever use their services, and I will never recommend it to anyone. Poor Canadian people who can't have better opinions. Shame on Air Canada management team with their so poor quality of services.

Such an incompetent personal. Got to the airport at 6am for my 8:20am flight and I was told by Air Canada that I couldn’t bring my luggage with me because I was not on time (?) asked if I can send the luggage in another flight, so I can at least assure the luggage gets to the right destination, asked if I could change my flight - I was looking for solutions and I was told nothing was possible. For what I know, customer service employees are train to help and support. If you don’t want to deal with the public and the possible situations you might deal with, feel free to work in a different sector, instead of performing a very poor job

*Air Cadana flight*-1st July 2023. Toronto to Charlotte.A short- one hour fourty minutes of direct flight.Our two checked-in bags did not show up in Charlotte!We tried to register a complaint at the airport but there was no employee of Air Canada to take our complaint or to help us.We lodged a complaint online and called a number given online for lost baggage. Over an hour of holding, our call is attended. We are promised that the bags will be delivered soon. We get a message that they have been picked up and we will get them by 11 pm on 3rd of July.No sign of them. We update again on-line and call. Again over an hour after being on hold we are told what we see on the online portal. We get a message on 5th that the bags are picked and will be delivered. We are at Charlotte airport on 5th morning at 10.30 am. Caught hold of a staff at the AC counter. She seemed helpful... We were told that they have many bags lying around and will check if our bags are there. She checked...Our bags are not there and there is no record that our bags having reached Charlotte.She made us fill a form but did not give any receipt.We get a message saying our bags have been picked up from Charlotte airport on 6th at 3 pm. How come they were not noticed or there was no record at the airport when the staff enquired?Our delivery address has changed now to Atlanta which we have updated online.We are given the name of the driver- John and a vague picture of the car. We could track him on our route for a few hours. No number of the car or driver was given. The tracker was switched off after a few hours.Another call on 6th July, with holding time of one hour and 20 mins. The call center agent says the bags will be delivered in 48 hours. Ten days have passed no sign- no action by Air Canada.Lies after lies.Air Canada has a rating of 1.5 out of 5 on Google review. A very bad customer service.We paid for the air tickets and our bags.Air Canada..... what are you doing to help your customers?

Cancelled my flight for no reason. I had a trip booked to Europe and they just cancelled the flight 6 hours before the departure time. How am I going to get refund for all the hotels I paid? Air Canada just doesn't care about customer's interest.Update: I changed the rating to four star because Jill from customer service saved our trip. She was great and went beyond expectations. By the time we got her on the phone it was midnight already. She tried every possible routes to find us a way to get to Italy on time and safely. Job well done.

BE VERY CAREFUL. The phone number connected to this listing is NOT AIR CANADA. They may be scammers trying to steal your information or they may be travel agents posing as air canada agents. I had the misfortune of giving my credit card details to the person at this number only to realize later he was not really an air canada agent. He also quoted a price of $3800 for a flight change. When I finally got in touch with air canada for real, the same change cost about $500. Do NOT TRUST

Worst customer service in all my years of flying. I was not the only customer affected.They shut down their baggage check in earlier than scheduled and then try to blame me for being late to the airport. Although I printed my baggage tag 2 hours before flight departure and had proof. They didn’t want to hear about it. Employees are absolutely rude. After you walk away they actually laugh about the situation. I ended up having to leave the bag at the airport and board my flight. They told me I wouldn’t get on the flight because customs is closed. That was an absolute lie.Instead of leaving your area early to goof around and talk to your friends on the domestic side it would be great to have you guys actually do the work that you get paid to do.

My husband and I worked for a whole year and reduced our living expenses so that we could travel for two weeks for our honeymoon. also that my husband could see his family because it was the first time they meet me. we didn't have a wedding party cause our family wasn't in Canada and we had an economic problem for settle our life as a beginner couple so we didn't take a photo of this event which can be the most important in anyone's life. I packed my suitcase a few months ago with great excitement in the hope that we will be able to take all the photos there. Our ticket cost was around $4500, we flew from Toronto to Germany on June 9th with full hope and happiness and our flight was direct without any stop after 8 hours of flight. When we went to pick up our luggage, my husband's luggage arrived but my luggage did not arrive after 3 hours we asked the airport officials, they said that the luggage was not sent from Toronto, I had a panic attack and I got dizzy and fell. My husband and his aunt, who came to the airport for us, helped me. I was depressed for a few days. I cried all the time, not only for my luggage and stuff, which were more than $ 5000 but also cause all the dreams and plans I had made for this trip were ruined, although my husband tried to distract me from this issue. It's really hard for a woman to have her honeymoon ruined like this. Air Canada turned my trip into a nightmare and made it the worst thing in my life. Still, after almost a month, there is no news about my stuff and luggage, and I have not received a clear answer. they don't know anything just said you have to wait for the process

If you are considering flying with Air Canada, reconsider!I think this is the 1st negative review I have given any organization.I booked a flight 6 months in advance of a vacation and approximately 30 days before the trip Air Canada changes the departure date by 24 hours. I can't change dates at the resort so I take a credit for the ticket and rebook another airline at significant expense.Again, 6 mos before our vacation I use the credit and have to add money for our new vacation travel plans. Same thing. 2 WEEKS before our trip. Now I request a refund. I get the added money back on my CC but I am put in the Refund Review" black hole for the $1

I was in a flight Toronto Panama- City on December 21. The service was disgusting. Flight Attendant spent almost an hour collecting information from the passengers who bought a food in advance before beginning offering drinks to passengers. Finally when they offered drinks I learned the Air Canada doesn't offer a bottled water anymore. Instead a water from a portable tank. Look at this water. After service finished , I saw how a flight attendant consumed a bottled water. Unbelievable.
