Great spot for all your bbq/ smoker needs

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They don't have what you need, they'll find it and get it. For what I needed their pricing was way better than the larger general hardware stores.

These guys have been absolutely terrible to deal with! Called them the end of September to come take measurements for a fireplace insert, booked us for October 27th. Then they didn’t show for the appointment so my husband called, and he was told they couldn’t make it until November 17th. This time they came, and we were told a quote would be ready in a couple of weeks. After phoning every 2 weeks for an update, and being told they were busy/short staffed, we FINALLY got our quote January 2nd. We asked them to place the order, paid $3000 upfront, with an ETA of 2-4 weeks. In response to yet another follow up phone call on February 22nd, my husband was informed they still hadn’t even ordered our insert!! They’ve had our money for 7+ weeks, and haven’t bothered to place our order! The only explanation we get is “we’re busy”.The lack of customer service and follow through is despicable, and we are beside ourselves with frustration. If you can find what you’re looking for elsewhere, I strongly recommend you do so.

Not very reliable..called them and they have been giving us the run around..we are getting cold from not getting our stove serviced..and the temps are falling fast..it is our primary source of heat..we are also not young pups either. Wouldbe nice if they would come and see what is wrong with our stove

Good place to buy paint but didnt have a very good experience when it came to my oil stove. Ordered a crucial part in september and they called me to tell me they had it in April lol. I had already ordered the part recieved it and learned to fix the stove myself months before their call.

Very happy with the service. Even being extremely busy, they still found time to get up to my place and get the work done before it got too cold. Also, they came in right on the mark as far as my quote. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

They get to know you and will get you a great deal on any heating and accessories. You can also buy real nice paint. They also have a repair shop and will come to your house to get your heating/cooling back working. Great place to shop and maybe laugh a little for fun.
